The BOC Academic Routine
Classes are only one part of the system. We continuously measure and track your progress.
At the start of each study day, students take a short 5-word vocabulary retention test on the previous day's lessons. Results are recorded and weak areas are tracked. This is part of the BOC academic monitoring system β not an additional class.
A cumulative review of vocabulary, grammar, key expressions, speaking, and One-to-One class performance, followed by a meeting with your Buddy Teacher to review results, identify weaknesses, and set goals for next week.
A formal assessment comparing your current performance with your starting level β measuring real progress, identifying areas to improve, and setting goals for the next four weeks.
Your Journey at BOC
Placement Assessment β complete the BOC placement assessment and receive your initial study plan.
Personal Academic Guide β a Buddy Teacher is assigned to monitor your progress throughout the program.
Classes + Daily Tracking β attend classes according to your registered program while your progress is tracked daily.
Every Friday β Weekly Review + Buddy Teacher Meeting.
Every 4 Weeks β official progress assessment compared with your starting point.

Attendance Requirement
- β¦ Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled class hours.
- β¦ Students below 80% will not be eligible to receive a certificate.
- β¦ Regular attendance is essential for steady improvement.
Absence Point System
- β¦ Absences are recorded through the academy's point system.
- β¦ Repeated absences lead to additional points and academic warnings.
- β¦ Students should inform the academy in advance whenever possible.
