We intentionally limit enrollment to a maximum of 30 students to ensure every student receives genuine personal attention. Your teacher knows your name, your goals, and your progress. This is a boutique academic experience — not a mass-enrollment school.

Our staff can assist students in English, Arabic, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Vietnamese, and Traditional Chinese. Our website is available in 7 languages to ensure every student feels comfortable from arrival.

Absolutely. We accept students from all levels starting from Pre A1 (total beginner). Our placement test ensures you are placed in the right class. Teachers adjust their pace and teaching style to match each student needs.

Yes, we offer a one-way airport pickup service for 1,200 PHP. Please inform us of your arrival details in advance so we can arrange pickup from Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

Yes, extensions are possible subject to availability. Please inform the academy at least one week before your current program ends so we can arrange your accommodation and update your study schedule.

You will need a valid passport, passport-sized photos, and budget for local fees (minimum 18,800 PHP for 4 weeks). Your learning materials will be provided after paying the registration fee. We recommend arriving one day before your program starts for orientation.

Accommodation is not included in program fees but we work with trusted partner hotels and apartments near our learning center. We help arrange vetted, comfortable options for students relocating to Cebu.

BOC English Academy is located in Cebu City, Philippines. We have three partner hotels: Royal J Hotel (Single or Twin rooms), Hotel George Cebu (Single or Twin rooms), and The Pad (Single, Twin, Triple, or Family rooms). Accommodation is included in the program price.

We recommend three partner hotels for our students: Royal J Hotel — our premium option where the school classrooms are located. Hotel George Cebu — comfortable rooms at a mid-range price. The Pad Co-Living — a modern option with various room types including family rooms for up to 4 people. Sharing a room lowers the price per person.

This depends on your starting level and how consistently you engage with the program. Most students report noticeable improvement in speaking confidence within the first few weeks of our intensive programs.

Yes. After completing your program in Cebu, you will receive 5 free online English hours. The Online English Program includes speaking practice, pronunciation support, and flexible scheduling to help you continue improving after leaving Cebu.

Students must attend at least 80% of their total scheduled class hours. Students who fall below 80% attendance will not be eligible to receive a completion certificate. Absences are tracked through our point system. Excellent attendance may earn a recognition award.
